There are a lot of ways to define and practice prayer, but at it’s simplest, most foundational level, prayer is simply a turning towards God.  Whether singing, walking, reading scripture, sharing struggles and concerns with others, or even sitting in silence; in the midst of these we turn our awareness and intention towards God through the Spirit that intercedes on our behalf, and we pray.

There is no one way to pray, and in everything exists the invitation and opportunity to pray. We invite you to explore these resources and find a pathway that meets you and bares fruit, whatever season you currently find yourself in. But don’t let “the how” get in the way of simply telling God all your thoughts and feelings and listening for the still, small voice of the God who speaks through scripture, community, and the witness of the Spirit within.

A growing collection of spiritual practices to turn us towards Christ.
